The Physical Perfection Breath

Sit or stand straight, making sure that the spine is help in good posture.

Inhale a Complete Breath.  Allow your body to become rigid with the buttocks tight and feet firmly on the ground.  Arms strongly at the sides, hand tensed and strong.

Inhale as you extend your arms straight out in front of you with the hands level with the shoulders, palms of the hands touching.  Keep the arms tight but not rigid.  Allow your feet to feel like they are anchoring you to the floor.  Keep the shoulders back and down, neck held with no tension.

Hold the breath as you swing the arms outward to the sides, (making a cross with your body and arms).   Feel like you are opening outward with the arms and opening your chest, arms becoming more rigid  as you swing back and forward.  Still holding your breath do this three times and quickly bring your arms to your sides, exhale vigorously, inhale and relax into reverent position, head down and hold yourself in Loving Light.

Rest and start again for another few cycles.

The Revitalizing Breath

The Revitalizing Breath is also called the “Complete Breath” or the “Basic Breath.”  Care must be taken to align the body correctly for the full benefit to be gained.

Stand straight or sit upright, making sure that the spine is as straight as possible.

Begin by inhaling through the nostrils, inhaling steadily and not too slowly.  Breathe deeply into the abdomen, filling the lower part of the lungs, then the middle part and then the upper part.  As you reach the full end of the breath, the abdomen will begin to pull up slightly.  Keep the arms and hands in a state of tension and buttocks locked below the spine.

Hold the breath for about  30 seconds then exhale vigorously through the teeth, lips placed as if you are about to whistle.  Do not allow the chest to slump, hold the chest firmly extended and draw the abdomen in and upwards as if you are pressing the air from the body.

Inhale and relax the chest, the head with chin near chest in a reverential pose.  Do some regular breaths until you are ready to repeat the Revitalizing Breath.  Be aware as you rest a while that you are drawing in the Energy of the Divine; the Life Force.

In your mind, say some affirmations to guide the process and mind-body connection to wellness and vitality.

Breathing Exercises – Lesson One

Breathing
Lesson One

Imagine having lessons on Breathing.  Seems so silly!  So let’s see how much you know on this subject:

We need to breathe to live. (oh how horribly obvious is that! Surely we all know this).

The best breathers live the longest and get the most out of life.

Breath is Life

The infant breath intake in this orb of earth is the first of all the breaths that will mark the journey of the person towards their last breath in this pod.

Breathing is our MOST important function and yet so few of us stop and give this function the slightest attention.  All survival of our outer and inner being relies on the quality of the breath with which we nourish our bodies.  Our physical and mental health; our happiness and self-control, our view point and perspective of life and our morale, all depend on the breath.  Our blood needs this air to purify and cleanse our system.  With proper breathing our physical appearance changes, lines leave our face and the body seems to be more balanced and well.

“God made man and breathed into him an immortal soul” . ..”breathed into his nostrils the Breath of Life”.

The air we breathe has this Vital Force, Absolute Energy, the Essence of Life, it is all around us, connecting one life force to another, a Divine Thread that holds us in Life. This Life Force is the energy that the Soul uses.  This Vital Force is not oxygen or air, it is contained within the air.  Should we breathe in air that has none of this Life Force, we would die.

As we breathe with Conscious Awareness, we can take in this Vital Life Force and use it as Energy.  We can even store this Energy and in so doing create a power storage system within us.

Air, Life Force, Vital Energy is FREE.

Just as the body uses the oxygen in the air for the blood and circulatory system, so the Vital Energy Force that is within the air,  is carried to the nervous system, adding strength and vitality to the person – their every thought, deed and action, every muscle, nerve and fibre in the body relies upon this Force.

We are how we breathe.

As we breathe
so do we think
as we think
so we create
as we create in Awareness
we bring Light and Love

Let your breath be your Life
Let your Life be a Blessing to all Beings

Blessings x Joy
